The Task

Developing a comprehensive, bespoke Facility Management System tailored for the public sector, but equally powerful for medium and large private enterprises, to centralize the entire lifecycle of properties and assets.

The Challenge

To build a unified ecosystem that seamlessly links complex contracts to physical items, keeping every asset movement and maintenance action fully transparent and auditable.

The Approach

We set out to build a comprehensive system with all the core capabilities of a modern facility manager, but with a critical twist: embedding procurement contracts directly into the asset lifecycle. This architectural connection allows the system to trace exactly where every contracted asset is deployed and who is responsible for it. Utilizing modern development methodologies and agile practices, we built a highly responsive platform that handles real-time tracking, maintenance scheduling, and critical compliance tracking seamlessly.

The Result

A powerful, all-in-one platform that bridges the gap between procurement and facility operations for both public and corporate entities. The system successfully provides complete visibility over asset lifecycles, operational movements, maintenance history, and critical compliance documentation. Equipped with an expanded suite of modules—including virtual warehousing, scheduling logs, and a dynamic analytics engine—it delivers tailored statistics and reports on demand, empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions with absolute confidence.

The Task

Delivering multiple projects and reorganizing several company products.

The Challenge

It was a very demanding collaboration. Aegeo Spas is one of the largest wellness companies in Europe, and the delivery had to meet the highest possible quality standards.

The Approach

We began by assessing the requirements for each individual project. Our initial task was to organize the marketing features that would accompany both new and existing products slated for rebranding. We prioritized products based on their strategic importance and initiated collaboration with the teams involved to create our roadmaps. During progress presentations to stakeholders, we reviewed and evaluated the progress, which preceded final audits and the launch.

The Result

Our results were impressive. We successfully rebranded a complex Aegeo product, Mobile Spas, by redefining the booking and execution processes, redesigning menus, and creating a dedicated website. With the assistance of the renowned trainer and friend, Tasos Hamberis, we created a new Aegeo Workout Spas concept from scratch. Led by Katerina, we successfully launched Aegeo Spas Cosmetics, completed on time and in Aegeo stores by Summer '19. Our activities also included managing offices in Athens and organizing large-scale events like Xenia and the International Spa Awards.

The Task

A start-to-finish project. We had to take the Stickito startup from the ground up and transform it into a formidable contender in the sticker collectibles and NFT market.

The Challenge

There were numerous challenges: transforming an award-winning startup into a viable project, competing with industry giants like Panini and Topps, and entering the NFT market.

The Approach

Our involvement with Stickito began when George asked me to create their very first e-shop, which featured two collections. We collaborated closely to establish Stickito's identity and systematically presented our vision. Our goals included building brand awareness, participating in major events, securing agreements with key players in the industry, and restructuring the company's online presence.

The Result

As of now, Stickito has multiple active agreements, its collection is expanding, and it has ventured into the NFT market by launching a hybrid (stickers-NFTs) website at stickitostore.com and a dedicated NFTs website at stickitonfts.com. Additionally, we've established a corporate website at stickito.co.uk. The project is still ongoing.

The Task

The task was to coordinate a group of different companies collaborating on a large-scale, multi-project.

The Challenge

As the project was significantly behind schedule, we were in a race against time to meet the deadlines.

The Approach

We worked methodically by conducting interviews with all the teams involved, assessed the progress that had already been made, identified shortcomings, and restructured parts of the project that were not user-friendly. By utilizing agile methodology, we coordinated all the teams to achieve the goal in the shortest time possible.

The Result

Even though the project is still ongoing, we have successfully completed overdue tasks, passed client audits, and are now diligently focused on delivering the remaining tasks on time. Additionally, we are working on upgrading various aspects of the project that require extra attention post-delivery. The Task

Create a bespoke CMS and e-commerce platform that supports the needs of retailers and the people using their online stores.

The Challenge

Make a custom platform clear and usable, translating business requirements into customer journeys and interfaces that work together.

The Approach

I contributed to solution design and the UX/UI process, helping shape user journeys and interfaces alongside the development team. We reviewed functionality and user flows through iterative releases, internal checks and feedback from public beta testing.

The Result

Version 1.0 was released in November 2022 following 14 months of development, with modules including navigation, advanced search and product comparison. The bespoke e-commerce software is used by Divitec and other retailers. Techolic was among the early public testers and launch partners.
